As illustrated in these images from different labs, our technologies are for your studies related to organoids, spheroids, stem cells, primary cells, and other 2D or 3D growing samples.  We can provide services using different lab techniques, including electron microscopy, confocal microscopy, and bright field microscopy.

3D-growing organoids and spheroids can be cultured in CellO-M, processed, and visualized under a scanning electron microscope while still in CellO-M. It is possible to visualize the 3D electron microscopic features of of the surfaces of organoids and spheroids while they are still in the CellO-M.

Transmission electron micrograph of a dorsal root ganglion cell. Primary cell culture of the cells were performed in CellO-M. Then, the resin blocks were prepared while the cells were still in CellO-M.

The cells were grown in CellO-M, labeled with three different antibodies using CellO-IF, and visualized under a confocal microscope while still in CellO-M. Labeling with three different antibodies by using CellO-IF took 4 hours. Expression of Ov-6 (yellow), Alpha-fetoprotein (green), Beta-galactosidase (Magenta), and DNA (Blue) were investigated in the cancer cells.
